Special Notes
- Well, the two class sections listed below have now graduated. It was a lot of fun
teaching these people and seeing their eyes open to the new electronic universe that is
called The Internet. Many who weren't online, got online, and a few who had no computers
are now buying them. Amazing what one little seven week class can do, isn't it? And
probably best of all, each the students who remained in the class over the seven weeks
signed up to me included in a "Internet Class Reunion Meeting" six months from
now to discuss our progress and latest developments on the Internet. Should be fun. What's
more, I have many new e-mail penpals who were in my classes, so this is nice also!
- I am grateful to have been invited back in Fall 1996, and Winter and Spring 1997 to
teach additional sections of the Introduction to the Internet class. I am sure however,
that at the rate things are changing in the world of computers, telecommunications, and
the Internet, that in many ways it will NOT be the same class. Something that changes this
rapidly must be changed and added to as you go forward, which is how I teach it anyway...
